The details you enter to personalize your countdown — your name, surname, phone number, hometown, and the dates you set. This stays in local storage on your device; we don’t operate a server, so we never see it, store it, or transmit it ourselves.

Separately, the free-text note field you can fill in when adding someone in Devreler is stored the same way — locally on your device only. What you write there is entirely up to you; we never see, process, or otherwise use that content.

Google AdMob, meanwhile, collects its own advertising data to show ads in the app. That works differently from the information above, so it’s covered on its own in Advertising, below.

We don’t collect precise location, contacts, browsing history, or biometric data ourselves. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t build advertising profiles of our own — any ad targeting comes from Google’s systems, described below, not ours.

The details you enter are used for exactly one thing: running the app on your device — showing your name on a countdown card, or reminding you about a date you set. We don’t use them for anything else, and we can’t, since they never leave your device.

The personal details you enter live on your device only — we don’t operate a server, so there’s no remote copy for us to lose, secure, or hand over. The one exception is ad requests: showing an ad means your device briefly connects to Google’s ad network, the same as any app that shows ads. See Advertising for what that involves.

Notifications, to remind you at the milestones you set — only if you turn them on. Photos, add-only, only to save a countdown card you chose to create — we can’t browse your library. Each is requested at the moment you use the matching feature, never in advance, and the app works without granting any of them.

O Şimdi Asker shows ads through Google AdMob — that’s how the app stays free to use. To do this, Google’s Mobile Ads SDK can collect a device advertising identifier, your IP address (for approximate location and fraud prevention), basic device information, and ad interaction data like impressions and clicks. This is collected and processed by Google, not by us. Google’s own Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and their page on how they use information from apps that use their services (policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites) cover their side of it in full.

iOS will ask your permission before the app can use your device’s advertising identifier for tracking. If you decline, O Şimdi Asker still shows ads — they’re just less personalized. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and manage ad personalization separately through Google’s own Ad Settings. If you’re in the EU, UK, or a similar region, you’ll also see a consent prompt the first time you open the app, as Google requires.

We don’t run app analytics of our own. Google AdMob measures ad performance — impressions and clicks — as part of showing ads; that’s covered above, not a separate tracking layer we’ve added.

For as long as you keep the app installed and the information in it. It’s yours — we’re just providing the app that displays it. Data Google AdMob collects is retained under Google’s own policies, not ours.

Clear or edit anything you’ve entered directly in the app, any time. Uninstalling the app removes what’s stored locally, subject to your own device’s backup behavior.

O Şimdi Asker isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. Ad requests aren’t configured as child-directed.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information. Since the details you enter live on your own device, you already hold them directly. For data Google AdMob processes, Google’s own privacy controls and Ad Settings apply. Write to us with any question and we’ll sort it out — no automated system to route you through.
